At Ambition Dance Productions, we are dedicated to cultivating strong, technically proficient dancers while nurturing their individual artistry and expression. At our studio, we believe in nurturing dancers every step of the way — from their very first class to the highest levels of competitive performance. Our structured and inspiring program is built across three thoughtfully designed programs: Sparks, Elevate, and Summit. Each level encourages progress, technical development, artistry, and confidence – while reinforcing teamwork, respect, and joy.

SPARKS DANCE COMPANY - AGES 5-9
The beginning – where passion ignites one step at a time
Focus: Joyful discovery, technical fundamentals, early team building
Sparks is where the journey begins – a vibrant and welcoming space for young dancers to build skills, creativity, and love for dance. Classes emphasize rhythm, creativity, coordination, and technique. Age-appropriate technique, choreography and costuming in a nurturing, high energy environment.
Sparks Dance Company Teams
Flicker: Every flame starts with a flicker (Ages 5-7)
A team where tiny sparks of potential begin to shine. Flicker celebrates the joy of discovery, curiosity and first flickers of passion for dance. Confidence growing, movement glowing, and learning to shine from within.
- Weekly Required Classes: 2.75 hours Tap, Jazz & Pre-Ballet
- Summer Class Requirements: 10 hours & Summer Intensive
Flame: Fueling the fire (ages 7-9)
Flame represents the growing fire within each dancer –stronger, more confident, and bursting with vibrant energy that fuels focused skills and lights up every performance to shine brilliantly on stage.
- Weekly Required Classes: Tap, Ballet, Jazz & Leaps & Turns (Hip Hop if cast in a Hip Hop Dance)
- Weekly Rehearsals are on Saturday
- Summer Class Requirements: 12 hours & Summer Intensive
These groups attend 3-4 local competition and 1 combined dance convention / competition
ELEVATE DANCE COMPANY (AGES 9+)
Where dancers rise through technical training and artistic growth
Elevate is the heart of our training program. Here, dancers build strength, alignment, and versatility, preparing them for more advanced movement and meaningful performance. Classes emphasize clean lines, musicality, and detailed corrections – always delivered with support and encouragement.
Elevate is about growth, foundation and rising together – building strong technique and artistry with heart and teamwork. The teams under this company will compete at regional events and are rising leaders within the studio.

FOCUS: Building strong technique, artistry, and versatile training

- This team embodies determination and excitement of pushing beyond limits, mastering skills and lifting each other up. Dancers are gaining strength, starting to rise. Every step is a climb towards confidence and brilliance.
- Soar: Unleashing courage, daring to be bold, reaching new technical heights
- Encouraging dancers to push boundaries, express their unique style and rise with confidence and power. Dancers are gaining momentum in movement, technique, mindset and artistry.
- Radiate: Embodies the power of confidence and presence where every dancer shines through artistry and passion
- Embodies a confidence that comes from dedication and growth inspiring dancers to illuminate the stage with their unique presence, emotional connection and unstoppable energy. Poised, refining technique and artistically bold. They don’t just perform – they light up every moment with strength and brilliance.
Weekly Requirements: These teams required 4-6 hours of weekly training
Summer Dance Requirements: 15-20 depending on team assignment and company intensive
Performance Requirements: Elevate attends 4-5 local dance competitions with one being a combined dance competition / convention. They may also attend local performances.
SUMMIT COLLECTIVE

Summit is the next chapter; a team for dancers ready to refine their craft at the peak of performance, embracing advanced challenges and leadership opportunities.
Summit Collective is made up of dancers who are committed to pursuing excellence in technique, artistry, versatility, and performance. These teams embrace challenges with purpose and passion, setting the standard for dedication and growth. As they ascend to the highest levels within our studio, they embody mastery, resilience, and they drive to continually push creative and technical boundaries. Through powerful performances and unwavering commitment, Summit dancers inspire others and represent the pinnacle of our dance community.

Summit Dance Collective Teams

Weekly Training Requirements: 2 Ballet Classes, Tap, Jazz, Leaps & Turns
Additional required styles may include Contemporary, Technique, Conditioning, and Hip Hop (if cast)
Weekly Training Hours: Approximately 6–10+ hours depending on level
Summer Requirements: 15-25 based on age + required Summer Intensive
Performance Opportunities: Regional and National competitions + conventions, local performances

Solos, duos, and trios are optional for all company members.
AMBITION ALL STARS - COLLEGIATE DANCE TEAM TRAINING & PERFORMANCE
FOCUS: Preparing dancers for collegiate dance success with enhanced training and performance
This is an advanced training program designed for high school dancers with their sights on college dance teams. We cultivate the technique, performance presence, sideline strength, and audition readiness needed to shine on the highest levels of college dance (UDA/NDA style). This is not just prep- it’s a launchpad.
Program Pillars:
- Technique Elevation – Intensive focus on turns, jumps, advanced skills and core strength
- Style Versatility – Training across multiple styles; jazz technique, pom, hip hop, contemporary
- Guest choreography from current / former collegiate dancers
- Exposure to different team aesthetics to prepare for a variety of audition styles
- College Audition Prep – mock auditions, feedback from college alumni/judges
- Personalized audition reel planning and filming
- Audition Technique Prep (étiquette, attire, communication)
- Recruitment & College Fit Coaching – Helping dancers find their right path
- 1:1 Strategy Sessions
- School Research & Guidance
- Recruitment Timeline Tracking – it starts Freshman Year
- Parent Information Sessions & Resources
- Game Day Readiness – sideline choreography training with high energy and stamina, pom technique

COLLEGIATE DANCE & PRE-PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
COLLEGE PREPARATION & MENTORING: Additional college preparation, mentoring and assistance (dance team and dance majors) is available for interested dancers. This can start as early as 9th grade.
