Alyssa McCarn is from Colleyville, Texas, and grew up training and competing in all styles with several studios throughout the DFW metroplex. She was an inaugural member of the Ambition Dance Company.
Alyssa received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Baylor University in 2021, where she was a four-year member of the Baylor Dance Company and held an officer position for three years. She has since shared her love of dance with studios in Texas and Tennessee, receiving choreography awards at both regional and national level competitions. In the classroom, Alyssa's goal is to encourage creativity and help build every dancer's confidence.
Originally from Dallas, Sarah Wales is a versatile dancer, choreographer, and educator. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance and a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Her extensive training spans jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and hip hop. Her performance career includes work with SoulEscape, URBAN Performing Company, B. MOORE DANCE, and Bombshell Dance Project. Sarah is currently on faculty with SoulEscape's Gap Year Program, Segway, where she mentors emerging artists as they refine their craft and navigate pathways toward professional dance careers. She also travels nationally teaching with LUX Dance Convention, helping young dancers cultivate confidence, work ethic, and authenticity.
Courtney Hart is a Dallas-based dance artist and musician who earned her BFA in Dance with a minor in Business Management from Point Park University.
Upon graduating, she performed professionally with Nova Linea Contemporary Dance and SoulEscape The Company, while teaching and exploring voice and movement integration. In 2023, she released her debut EP, The Host, and later collaborated on a music video in New York City, accompanying classes and events nationwide. She has since taught, choreographed, and provided live musical accompaniment for dance studios, conventions, and professional training programs across the country. Courtney is now based in Dallas, TX, where she teaches dance, performs as a musician, and creates interdisciplinary work connecting music and movement.
Tatsiana Galitskaya is an accomplished ballet master, choreographer, and teacher with over 30 years of experience in classical ballet performance and education. Trained in the Vaganova Method, she combines a strong technical foundation with artistic expression and a highly personalized approach to instruction.
She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance, specializing in ballet choreography and direction, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Her professional training began at the State Choreographic College in Minsk, Belarus, one of the region's leading ballet institutions.
Tatsiana performed as a professional ballerina with the State Dance Company of Belarus for over 10 years, touring in more than 20 countries and performing classical and national repertoire. From 2000 to 2003, she continued her career with the State Contemporary Youth Theater, participating in international tours, festivals, and competitions.
In the United States, Tatsiana began working as a choreographer and lead ballet teacher at respected studios throughout the DFW area. Many of her graduates have continued their education at top U.S. universities for dance majors and found success at Broadway Dance Center and Radio City Music Hall in New York City. After moving to Texas, she joined the faculty at The Dallas Conservatory, where her students consistently achieve top placements at events such as the Washington D.C. Grand Prix.
Currently, Tatsiana collaborates with the REGEN trainee program and the Professional Ballet Training program directed by Olga Balbocean. She teaches all levels — from pre-ballet to advanced — and offers instruction in pointe, stretching and conditioning, choreography, and private coaching. Known for her expertise in dance biomechanics, musicality, and discipline, Tatsiana fosters both technical precision and artistic growth in every student.
In addition to classical dance, Tatsiana is in high demand as a coach for Olympic-level rhythmic gymnasts and figure skaters, providing specialized training to enhance performance and movement quality. She is fluent in English and Russian, and has collaborated with choreographers, directors, and educators throughout Europe and the United States.
A proud Canadian, Sean Smith trained at Goh Ballet Academy, Ballet British Columbia's Mentor Program, and The Ailey School. He has performed with Ballet Créole, Bruce Wood Dance, Rhythmic Souls Tap Company, African American Repertory Theater, Dallas Theater Center (The Wiz and Hairspray), The Dallas Opera (Pelléas et Mélisande and Carmen), and B. MOORE DANCE. Sean spent 14 seasons with Dallas Black Dance Theatre, where he also served as Rehearsal Director.
As a choreographer, Sean has created Monologues (2013), Interpretations (2017), and Swipe Left (2023) for Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Dollhouse (2015) for DBDT: Encore!, and a contemporary interpretation of Petrushka in collaboration with the Fort Worth Symphony (2024). His choreographic work has also been presented at Boston Conservatory Summer Intensive, Joffrey Ballet School Texas, I.M. Terrell Academy, and Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
Sean is currently on faculty at Dupree Dance, serves as a company class instructor for Ballet Papillon, and has taught for Jacob's Pillow 360. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performing Arts through Manhattan School of Music. Sean has been a proud faculty member of Ambition Dance Productions since 2024.
Originally from Friendswood, TX, Kylie has been a dance instructor for nearly 10 years, working with various studios across the DFW area as an instructor, choreographer, company director, and manager.
In 2020, she graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in integrative studies, with a focus on early childhood education and development. She also holds a certification in the study of Anatomy of Dancers. Her favorite styles of dance are jazz, contemporary, and musical theatre.
Rylee attended Oklahoma City University to pursue a degree in Dance Pedagogy before relocating to the DFW area. She has been with Ambition Dance Productions for just under two years, working as a teacher and Studio Manager, and teaches tap, acro, leaps and turns, and jazz.
Maddy is a Grapevine native who trained at Ambition Dance Productions as a dedicated member of the competitive team throughout middle and high school.
She has a strong foundation across multiple styles, with a particular passion for contemporary and jazz. Maddy served on the Colleyville Heritage Premier Panteras Dance Team, where she was a lieutenant and captain. A 2024 graduate, she is currently pursuing a BA in Dance at Texas Woman's University. Maddy brings technical skill, leadership experience, and a deep passion for the art of dance to her teaching — incorporating movement exercises, creativity workshops, and deep connection-building to the self.
KammyG (Groovy G) is one of the founders and directors of Team E.F.B. A dedicated hip hop artist, he draws inspiration from his mentors — like Rashaad — and the community that raised him, bringing back the pure essence of moving and grooving: raw energy, soul, and real connection through dance.
In the classroom, Ka'Meron's main focus is on highlighting how music can dictate movement, and how dancers can add that ideology into their own movement. His secondary focus is sharing all the knowledge he has gained through his mentors and dance colleagues.
Alexandra began her dance training at age 2, training with Dallas Metropolitan Ballet, competing with Dana's Studio of Dance, and training under Jason Samuels Smith and Derrick Grant for tap. As a teacher, she owned Studio A Dance for 7 years and currently enjoys a private coaching business.
Alexandra has had students win many accolades with Youth Grand Prix. Her favorite role as a performer was “Princess Florine” in International Ballet's The Sleeping Beauty. As a choreographer, her favorite achievement was choreographing and dancing in the dance narrative The Weaving at Lincoln Center in New York City. She also choreographed for a dance production featured in Lifetime TV's reality show Raising Asia, and produced and choreographed International Ballet Theatre's The Nutcracker in Southlake, TX in 2015. She is excited to join Beyond the Stars and Breakout Competition this season.
Madisyn Daniel is currently in her third season as a Las Vegas Raiderette, having performed alongside artists including Nelly and Billy Gibbons, and appeared in the 2025 NBC Sunday Night Football opening with Carrie Underwood.
Originally from Southlake, Madisyn trained and competed in all styles of dance from a young age. She was a four-year member and Senior Lieutenant of the Emerald Belles Drill Team, and a four-year member of the TCU Showgirls Pom Squad at Texas Christian University, performing at football, basketball, and baseball games. During her college years, she discovered a love for mentoring dancers and helping them prepare for professional auditions. She is passionate about inspiring dancers to pursue their goals, build confidence, and chase their dreams.
Tina Tobias was born and raised in Dallas and has been dancing since the age of twelve. She trained throughout the DFW area and graduated from the University of North Texas in 2021 with a BA in Dance.
In 2022, Tina joined Zion Dance Project, where she spent three seasons under the direction of Vincent Hardy, performing concert work across Texas. Throughout her career, she has also performed with musical artists such as Todrick Hall, Omar Jose Cardona, and Victory Boyd, as well as at Mary Kay Cosmetics annual corporate events. Tina teaches acrobatics, jazz, and lyrical classes.
Kenna Kosh has been a Ballet Faculty member with The Dallas Conservatory and other DFW dance schools since 2017. She served as Director of the Dallas Studio Company for six years and is currently a Rehearsal Director for TDC's annual production of The Nutcracker.
Kenna choreographs and coaches for competitions such as YAGP, NYCDA, and DanceMakers, where her students and choreography have earned numerous first-place awards. She has served as a dance therapist with MindLeaps in Kigali, Rwanda, and is a former company member with Ballet North Texas.
Kenna has trained under renowned artists including Desmond Richardson, Leslie Peck, and Carter Alexander, and holds a BFA in Dance and a BA in Political Science from SMU. Performance highlights include the Sugar Plum Fairy and Dew Drop in The Nutcracker, George Balanchine's “Valse Fantaisie,” and a Friend in Coppélia. Kenna is passionate about bringing dance to all ages and communities.
Lydia Parnell graduated with a BFA in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University. During her time in the School for Classical and Contemporary Dance at TCU, Parnell was featured in Telisu's Music Video, Heart Thief as well as Suki John's short film, The Sh'ma Project.
Lydia was also a company member of B. Moore Dance in Dallas, TX. Parnell has experience teaching Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, and Drill Team prep, and is a certified Power Yoga/Sculpt instructor. For the past few years, Lydia has been teaching in the DFW area and has been dancing professionally for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, where she was selected Dance Captain for her last two contracts.
Kristin Watson brings an incredible mix of professional performance experience, leadership, and passion to the studio. She is a two-time National Hip-Hop Champion with the University of Memphis Dance Team and spent three years as a member of the Memphis Grizzlies NBA Dance Team.
Her performance background also includes dancing for major artists and entertainment icons such as CeeLo Green, Snoop Dogg, the Jabbawockeez, and Three 6 Mafia. With years of experience in both performance and instruction, Kristin has dedicated her life to dance and to helping young dancers grow in confidence, skill, and artistry. She is passionate about creating a positive, empowering environment where students can thrive both on and off the dance floor. Her favorite styles to teach are jazz, hip hop, and technique classes for all ages.
Outside of the studio, Kristin is also a full-time hairstylist at Tangerine Salon, where she brings the same creativity, energy, and love for people into everything she does. She is a proud mom of four children who attend school in the Highland Village area, making family and community a huge part of who she is. For Kristin, dance isn’t just something she does—it’s life.
Cara Switzer brings over 27 years of teaching and directing experience to the classroom and is thrilled to be in her 10th Season on Faculty at Ambition Dance Productions! Cara is an accomplished dancer, singer, instructor, and choreographer who graduated from the University of North Texas in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration.
She has been studio trained since the age of 4 and has loved the arts from the beginning. Her experience, combined with a focus on building her students’ confidence in the classroom and onstage, are a proven recipe for success! Cara’s dance resume includes over 40 years of dance studio experience and teaching in the DFW area since 1998 at various reputable studios. As a child, Cara grew up in the entertainment industry with credits in television, film, stage, and print, including JC Penney, Dillard’s, and the Saturday morning TV show “All Star Kids.” She worked alongside professional artists such as actress Jo Anne Worley and many others.
As an adult, Cara concentrated her efforts in the competitive dance world and has coached and choreographed numerous National Champion soloists and groups. Her students and routines have received numerous overall and top awards at Regional and National competitions. Cara is consistently recognized for her creative routines and choreography, and received “Best Choreography” at competitions including Stage One, Hall of Fame, Talent on Parade, Starquest, Platinum, International Dance Challenge, and many others. Her routines also won the coveted “Critics Choice” award at both the 2010 & 2011 Onstage NY Competition. Cara has also choreographed for jazz choirs and musicals at schools and studios all over North Texas, and has extensive experience with Drill Team as an instructor, choreographer, and adjudicator for American Dance/Drill Team School. She now serves on Crowd Pleasers Dance Company’s core judging panel with over 20 years of judging experience, gives seminars on judging at various dance and drill team events, and judges tryouts all over North Texas.
Cara and her students have participated in many televised events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, the FedEx Orange Bowl, and several Dallas Cowboys Halftime Performances. She resides in Hurst, Texas with her husband Daniel and their six children Sawyer, Savannah, Hannah, Ashton, Sutton & Charlotte. You will often see Cara smiling and beaming with her tiny dancers in the classrooms and hallways of the studio, helping the youngest generations fall in love with dance!
Kinsy Smith began dancing at the age of three and has spent over 20 years training, performing, and growing as a dancer. She served as Captain of the Emerald Belles Drill Team in 2020 and later as Captain of the TCU Showgirls in 2024, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, choreography, and performance.
Today, Kinsy specializes in drill team preparation, pom-style technique, high kicks, and pro-style audition training. She is passionate about helping dancers build confidence, improve their technique, and achieve their goals, whether they are preparing for tryouts or working toward the next level of their dance journey.
Rachel grew up in the Mid-Cities, training and competing in a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, pointe, and clogging. She also performed at Dallas Mavericks games, and in the Dallas Cowboys Christmas Spectacular and Thanksgiving Halftime Shows. Rachel was an officer for the award-winning L.D. Bell Raiderettes in high school, then attended Texas Tech University, earning a BS in Multidisciplinary Sciences with a focus in Biology in 2009. While at Texas Tech, Rachel was a three-year member of the Texas Tech Pom Squad, serving as co-captain and captain.
Since graduating in 2009, Rachel has continued sharing her passion for dance as a teacher and choreographer for studios and dance/drill teams in the DFW. Her students and choreography have won top honors, including National titles and specialty awards, and many have gone on to attend prestigious dance programs and compete with University dance teams. She prides herself on fostering an environment that encourages students to be bold and confident, and to love the process of learning.
Angie is a highly sought-after director and choreographer in the entertainment industry. A former Disney World dancer, Angie is the co-owner of Two4one Productions and co-produces shows with a multitude of award-winning entertainment companies who produce for Theme Parks, Dinner Theaters, Touring shows, and Corporate Events across the country and abroad. She was awarded the distinguished “Spotlight Award” as Creative Director of the Year from Event Solutions Magazine.
Throughout her career she has directed, choreographed, and performed for Professional Basketball dance teams, Corporate Events, and Television Specials including NFL halftime shows. Angie’s work can be seen at Moody Gardens’ “Holiday Spectacular” shows and “Sneaky Pete’s Wild West” dinner show in the Wisconsin Dells. She recently worked with Warner Brothers, DC Comics, and WOW Entertainment for Six Flags Live Entertainment to cast and direct the “DC Heroes and Villains Fest.” She choreographed the touring production of “The World’s Greatest Magic,” the International Tour of “World of Magic,” as well as productions in Branson, MO.
She is honored to have co-produced and choreographed a live televised special that won an EMMY Award for “Best Special Event.” Angie has created a variety of specialty shows that are in high demand nationally, including “Industrial Movement,” “The Amazing Chinese Acrobats,” “Circo Magnifico,” and the Christmas production, “The Best Time of the Year.” As a renowned dance instructor and judge for many organizations, and a member of Dance Masters of America, she has established herself as a master teacher and choreographer whose award-winning works can be seen on stages throughout the country and abroad.
